Brothers from Kamuli, Charles (14) and Julius’ (11) parents both passed away, leaving Charles to provide and care for the family. There, they often fought hunger and malnutrition, were unable to go to school, and were susceptible to parasites that burrowed into bodies through their feet. They were discovered and brought to STAO where they tried to hide their parasite wounds from other kids. Quiet and reserved at first, both boys began to smile and play once their physical hurts had healed. The Father is still healing their emotional and spiritual ones.
